Who is responsible

A1 Freight Forwarding Inc. (NEQ 1175598557), which operates Home Repair Canada. Person in charge of personal information: the company's president, reachable at [email protected].

Company profiles

Profiles are created from the RBQ's public list of active licences, for the very purpose of that register: letting the public check a contractor's licence. We publish incorporated companies only, with their name, city, licence number, authorized subcategories and business phone number. We do not publish contractors who are individuals, nor the street addresses or emails found in this data. A company may ask for its profile to be corrected or removed at any time.

Visitors

We do not use advertising cookies. We count searches, profile views and clicks on "Call" without IP addresses or personal identifiers, to measure how useful the site is. Our host (Cloudflare) may process technical data to keep the service secure.

"Correct or remove" form

The name, email and message you send are used only to handle and answer your request. They are kept for at most two years, then deleted.

Hosting outside Quebec

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, whose servers may be outside Quebec and Canada. Information there is protected by contractual security measures.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to [email protected]. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
