1. The service

Home Repair Canada (the "site") is an information directory operated by A1 Freight Forwarding Inc. (NEQ 1175598557). It shows public information about contractor licences issued in Quebec. The site is not a party to agreements between a client and a contractor, does not recommend any contractor and does not guarantee the quality of work.

2. Accuracy

The information comes from the list of active licences published by the RBQ and is shown as is, as of the date stated. A licence may be suspended, cancelled or changed after that date. Before signing a contract, check the licence in the RBQ's official register. To the extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for decisions made on the basis of this information.

3. Display order

Lists are shown in a random order refreshed every week. If paid placements are ever offered, they will be clearly marked as advertising and will have no effect on licence status.

4. Companies

A company may at any time ask for its profile to be corrected or removed using the "Correct or remove a profile" form. Removal requests are handled within 48 hours.

5. Permitted use

Automated extraction of the site's content, or using it to send unsolicited commercial messages, is not allowed.

6. Data source

Contains data from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec published on Données Québec under the CC BY 4.0 licence. The data has been reorganized (grouped by company, city and trade).
